Terms of Service | Streamline Finance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Streamline Finance website and services operated by Streamlined Consultants Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Description

Streamline Finance provides credit advisory, capital strategy, and financial consulting services, including but not limited to:

Credit review and profile analysis
Assistance applying for business credit cards, personal credit cards, and loans
SBA loan preparation and submission support
Payoff structuring and execution
Referral to third-party credit repair providers
Other bank and credit product consulting

Streamline Finance is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. We facilitate introductions and applications to third-party financial institutions. Approval, rates, and terms are determined solely by those institutions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services. By using Streamline Finance, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. SMS / Text Message Communications

Streamline Finance uses SMS/MMS text messaging to communicate with clients regarding application status, document requests, appointment reminders, funding updates, and account notifications.
By providing your phone number and submitting an inquiry or application, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Streamline Finance at the number provided.
Message frequency varies — you may receive multiple messages per week depending on your account activity and stage of service.

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages. You will receive one final confirmation text.
Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at admin@streamline.finance or (646) 309-6268.
Opting out of SMS does not cancel your service engagement with Streamline Finance.
We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS consent data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. No Guarantees

Streamline Finance does not guarantee approval for any financial product, specific credit score improvements, or specific funding outcomes. Results vary based on individual financial profiles, lender criteria, and market conditions. Past outcomes described in our materials are not guarantees of future results.

5. Authorization to Access Credit Information

By submitting an application through Streamline Finance, you authorize us to:

Access your credit profile via a soft pull (no score impact)
Share your information with our partner lenders and financial institutions for the purpose of evaluating your application
Pull a hard inquiry when required for a formal application (we will notify you in advance)

6. Fees

Streamline Finance's initial credit review is free of charge. Fees for specific services (such as payoff execution or consulting engagements) will be disclosed in writing before any charges are incurred. We are also compensated through fees paid by lenders and card issuers when products are successfully placed on your behalf.

7. Your Responsibilities

Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
Notify us promptly if your financial situation changes materially during an active engagement
Not attempt to manipulate, misrepresent, or defraud any lender or financial institution

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streamlined Consultants Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on our advice. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Streamline Finance in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Streamline Finance website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Streamlined Consultants Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party platforms including credit bureaus, lenders, and document management systems. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. Streamline Finance is not responsible for the actions or decisions of third parties.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement at any time with written notice. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations for services already rendered.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updates on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
